This group class is suitable for all levels. With emphasis in tuning with body sensations, feelings and thoughts focusing on the breath and emotional awareness. You will need two foam blocks, one eye pillow, mat, two medium blankets and one bolster or firm pillow.

Based on the MBSR Mindfulness Based-Stress Reduction. This eight week program is simply a mental training. It helps us to cultivate deeper and compassionate awareness that allows you to assess your goals and find the optimum path towards self-realization.
